Cancellations & Refunds

  • Any completed work or time already spent will be billed up to the cancellation date.

Coaching & Mentoring Sessions

For coaching and mentoring:

  • Sessions are delivered online unless agreed otherwise.
  • If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed sessions without notice may still be charged.
  • All learning materials remain the intellectual property of GrifflePop Analytics unless stated otherwise.
